Misty Mountain is a safe place to enjoy natural beauty, peace and serenity. We are a luxury farmstay with 4 Rainforest rooms and 4 Hobbit Houses on a 3 acre-manicured farm. Misty Mountain is surrounded by the tropical rainforest, fresh air and cooling weather. We have many fruit trees and friendly farm animals. Guests can also pre-order our delicious home-cooked meals.

To ensure comfort, health and safety for all, below are guidelines and things to keep in mind during your visit.

THINGS TO KNOW

• Misty Mountain is a farm, we share this private property with all those who appreciate nature in a forest environment.

• Due to the location of the site, mobile reception is poor.

• Please do not bring along any valuable items. The management shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings.

• Strictly NO day trippers (not staying overnight) allowed at the site.

• No smoking and vaping in the rooms.

• The following activities are NOT permitted:

• Consuming of food and beverage in the rooms

• Picking flowers or plants, climbing or damaging trees

• Feeding animals. Please ask our caretakers for assistance if you would like to feed the animals

• Littering

• Bringing your pets

• Loud music

• The rates shown are for NORMAL ACCOMMODATION only. Please WhatsApp or call to enquire about events, photography, and filming purposes (eg. pre/post wedding, family portrait, or product/commercial shooting etc).

• All bookings must be made through this website. We do not accept booking via phone, email or walk-in.

• By making a booking for a stay at Misty Mountain you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before you proceed with your booking.

There is a NO Refund Policy but we do allow a change of date. Please refer to our Change of Date Policy below.

CHANGE OF DATE POLICY

• All change-of-date requests must be made via WhatsApp.

• A penalty equal to 10% of your total booking rates will be charged for all requests made more than 14 days prior to check-in date.

• A penalty equal to 50% of your total booking rates will be charged for all requests made in less than 14 days prior to check-in date.

• No change of date is allowed less than 7 days prior to check-in date.

• All change-of-date requests are subject to availability.

• Misty Mountain does not accept any liability for failure to provide the service contracted or any of them due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Misty Mountain is not in a position to guarantee Guest’s safety against events including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, death, acts or defaults caused by third parties, acts of God, flood, theft or even acts of negligence. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and Misty Mountain will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked through this website.

• All vehicles are parked at owners’ risk. Misty Mountain will not be responsible for theft or damage of the vehicle or any of its contents.

• Misty Mountain will not be responsible for loss or damage of property left in Guest’s room and/or the Misty Mountain property during Guest’s stay. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injuries and money/valuable belongings.
